Blue cheese stuffed figs wrapped in pancetta

Gochujang Spicy Yellowtail topped with salmon roe over crispy polenta

Perfect Manhattan – Amador Chardonnay Barrel Finished Wheated Bourbon with Trinceri white vermouth, carpano antica, angostura bitters

Paired with: Cacio e pepe linguini topped with black summer truffle peelings
